Account removal request

- I CREATED A PROFILE WITH WRONG NAME OR DATE OF BIRTH -

If you filled in wrong name or date of birth to your profile, you still can change it in settings. To do so, open your profile from the bottom menu of the app and then click on burger menu in top right corner. Select option 'Profile Info', go to 'Biography' and change what you need.
Please note, profiles for children under 13 required to be managed by parent, so you need to create your account first and then create a child account or accept an invite to be a guardian.

- I RECEIVED AN INVITE TO ANOTHER CONTACT OF MINE -

If you received an invite to another contact email or phone number, instead of deleting your account, you can change your contact information to get the invite. To do so, open your profile from the bottom menu of the app and then click on burger menu in top right corner. Select option 'Settings', go to 'Account' and change what you need. Close the app and after you will see the invite.

To not miss any invite we highly recommend to have both — phone number and email connected to not miss any invite. Select option 'Settings', go to 'Account' and change what you need. Close the app and after you will see the invite.

- I CREATED A DUPLICATE OF PROFILE -

If you accidentally created a wrong club or team profile or even a duplicate of your child account, we highly recommend to rename it to 'Untitled' so that you don't use it by accident, invite anyone to a wrong club/team or register to an event. Then apply for removal request. It will also help us to quickly figure out which profile we should remove.
